Computer T-Shirt Design Techniques Dec 31, 1969
 Tip
Anything you can print out of your inkjet computer printer can be transferred onto a t-shirt. With most inkjet printers this begins simply by substituting a specially coated heat transfer paper in place of regular paper.

Most computer printers can use heat transfer paper, but the specific papers and methods of using them differ among printer types. For instance, some transfer papers work fine with a household iron while others require a commercial heat press. Alternately, some printers can use transfer cartridges or transfer ribbons instead of transfer paper, but these aren"t necessarily compatible with t-shirt fabric.

These are the three basic steps to creating your own wearable works of art with heat transfer paper.
