Who should Download the Patch?
All Hanes T-ShirtMaker Premier users, regardless of your operating system. The patch does not work with versions of the software earlier than Premier.

How does It Work?
This patch is available free and the installation process is fully automated via a series of windows and prompts. Should you have problems with the install, email us at customerservice@hanes2u.com. Your inquiry will be answered within 24 hours.

Please do not call 1-800-Hanes-2-U, as those operators work exclusively with product sales, not technical support.

This update addresses the following issues:
Improved Compatability with Microsoft® Windows® XP & Microsoft® Windows® 2000.
Fixes fatal error when clicking on the "Shadow" button in Windows® XP and Windows® 2000.
Fixes "Ghosting" menu problems in Windows® XP and Windows® 2000.
Fixes Internet features to current website.
Fixes & removes discontinued services.

READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE STARTING THE UPDATE PROCESS.
Make sure that Hanes T-ShirtMaker Premier is NOT currently open or running.
Click on the Download link at the bottom of this page to begin the download.
When the "File Download" dialog box appears, click on open to begin the update. Note: you can also save the file to your computer if you'd like to run the update at a later time. (view image)
Click next on the "Hanes T-ShirtMaker Premier - Welcome" window to continue the update. (view image)
It is important to direct the update to the location of your current Hanes T-ShirtMaker Premier instalation.

Example:
C:\Program Files\Hanes T-ShirtMaker Premier

You will be asked if you'd like to overwrite the "TSMPremr.exe" file. You MUST say yes to this to complete the update. (view image)
