Hanes2u.com uses the most current version of UPS On-Line Tools to calculate its shipping cost. Costs are based on the weight of the order and are displayed on the order submission screen in our on-line shopping section. Please see below for Standard and Priority Shipping times.

Standard Shipping
Hanes2u.com on-line orders and 1-800-Hanes-2-u telephone orders are shipped to you via UPS ground. Orders generally take 7-10 business days for delivery


Alaska, Hawaii & Canada
Hanes2u.com ships via USPS to Alaska, Hawaii & Canada. Parcel Post delivery time is 4-6 weeks. Priority Mail delivery time is 4-6 days. We do not ship UPS to these areas.

Priority Shipping
Please allow 24 to 48 hours to process any Next Day and Second Day Air shipments. If you choose Next Day Air, the soonest you can expect a package is 3 business days from the time you order. 4 business days if choosing Second Day Air. Your order may arrive sooner but is not guaranteed.

International Shipping
Hanes2u.com will ship to the following countries under certain conditions: Canada, Austria, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Spain, Netherlands, Mexico, Japan, Italy, Singapore, Taiwan, France, Belgium, Brazil, Germany, Switzerland, Trinidad and Tobago, Costa Rica, Indonesia, South Africa, Finland, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Switzerland, Malaysia, Romania, Poland.

Shipping terms are a follows: All merchandise is to be paid in full, in U.S. dollars, prior to shipping. Acceptable form of payment is an International Money Order. We will NOT ship C.O.D. All shipments will be insured and included in shipping quotes.

Manufacturers warranty still available on all heat press purchases. Any products shipped outside the U.S. and Canada do so under a strict "No Return" policy. No exceptions.

No international credit cards will be accepted. No online orders will be accepted.

Back Orders
We work hard to make sure that all products on Hanes2U.com are in stock. However, occasionally an item is temporarily out of stock and on back order. When this happens we will notify you and let you decide if you wish for the item or have your order shipped without the backordered item. We will ship the item as soon as it becomes available.

Mail-In Orders
Orders paid for by check or money order will be held for 14 business days for processing, unless you have qualified for special or net terms with TransferMagic.com LLC.
Expect delivery approximately 3 weeks after you mail in your order.
