VISTA compatibility issue...

I have downloaded the hanes t-shirt lite software onto my vista windows, but it doesn't seem to work, is there a fix for this issue or maybe a patch ?? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you in advance.

I have Vista as well..and the lite version won't work. I'm hesitant to buy the regular version for fear it won't work either.

I had the same problem and reported to Hanes2U Support and they sent me a disk with Version 4 that loaded and works well.

Hi there , yes I too had problem , called them and I recieved email , took the disc. Still waiting for it hopefully I can get started soon. New hobby. I now am downloading pics. on PC to transfer paper but they R coming out too dark . Have any clue as what I can do? Thanks snowflake07

What are you using to print them to the transfer paper? (If I understand, you are having problems with the T-shirt Maker software, then I guess you are using something else)

Just had the same problem and sent e-mail to support. Guess I'll also wait for the disk.

I also had problems with tshirt maker and vista. they also sent me version 4 and it still did not work. had to go to t-shirt maker deluxe (from Fruit of the Loom) top get a working vista program. it is not as versital but it works about the same way.

I am having a registry problem and wonder what I can do about it. I am running Vista.

I have windows vista as well, and 2 different types of hanes disks which neither one will work, one is the deluxe,and the other is just the hanes t-shirt maker, have they come up with a newer version?

Did you uninstall any other versions first? I had the same problem and they told me I had to uninstall the version I had, then install the new version.

I just got the version 4 disc and loaded it up on windows 7. When I use the program it changes my display settings to an unusable setting. Its all big and blurry looking on my sreen. No other programs do this.
